Biography
Dr. Shikowitz attended Syracuse University where he graduated in 1976 Cum Laude as biology major. He has served in many roles including associate chairman, director of residency education and training, professor of Otolaryngology and head and Neck surgery both at Zucker School of Medicine and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and now continues as a Vice Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery. He continues his humanitarian work bringing surgery to third world countries at least twice a year. This has included the Philippines, Dominican Republic, Myanmar (Burma) Sri-Lanka, Africa and Nicaragua.
